In-stock toys ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–6 business days across Australia; Express takes 1–2. Made-to-order furniture ships in 3–4 weeks — we’ll email you a delivery window once it leaves the workshop.
Standard shipping is $9.95 and free on orders over $150. Express is $19.95. Click & Collect from our Brunswick workshop is always free. White-glove delivery and assembly for furniture is $49.
Yes! We ship toys to New Zealand, the UK, Europe, the USA and Singapore. Furniture ships within Australia and New Zealand only. International rates are calculated at checkout.
You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track any order here with your order number.
Our 30-day happy-play guarantee means you can return unused items in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange. Personalised items can’t be returned unless faulty. Start a return from your account or by emailing us.
All structural parts, joints and hardware on our kids furniture are covered for 10 years from delivery. If anything fails under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge — and we keep spare parts for every design we’ve ever made.
We’re so sorry! Snap a photo and email it to us within 7 days. We’ll send a replacement straight away — no need to return the damaged item.
Every toy is independently tested to AS/NZS ISO 8124 and EN71, and our cots meet AS/NZS 2172. We only use water-based, non-toxic paints and plant-oil finishes. Each product shows a clear age grade — please follow it, as some toys contain small parts.
On eligible products, tick “Add personalisation”, type up to 14 characters and choose a font. You’ll see a live preview on the product photo. Our team laser-engraves each piece by hand, which adds 2 business days to dispatch.
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let them air dry — never soak them or put them in the dishwasher. Natural-finish pieces love a little food-safe oil or beeswax once a year.
Most pieces take 15–30 minutes with the included tool and illustrated instructions. Prefer not to? Add white-glove delivery at checkout and our team will build it in your home.
